       We choose four sets of the DWF3 2-30 Series Belt Dryer according to the characteristic of the material and the dry capacity. And the heating source is four sets of the XH-2000000Kcal Coal Fuel Hot Air Fuenace.

      Main technicalparaneter of the equipment:

  Working principle:

Feeding the material in the net belt equably from the feeding device, the net is the 12-60mesh stainless steel wire net, and move in the drying chamber by drive device. The drying part was composed by several units, each unit the hot air cycle independently. Parts of the eahaust gas discharged by the special diacharging damp fan. Each unit has control valve to control the eahaust gas. The hot air from up bottom or fron bottom up through the net belt which covered with the material, finish the heat and quality transfer process, and remove the moisture of the material away. The net belt move slowly, the speed can adjust in accordance with the temperature of the material freely. The finished products discharging into the container continuesly. The up and dowm cycle units can adjust in accordance with the customers requirements, and the number of the units also can choose by user.

  

Generally used three sets of equipment used in series to form a dry process as beginning, middle and end. In the early dry process, due to high moisture content of materials, poor ventilation, so do not put the material too thick. faster speed and higher drying temperature. For the material that temperature does not allow more than 60 , the beginning of the dry process, the drying temperature can below 120 . The final drying process the material can stay in the drying chamber as 3-6 times than the beginning process. And the thinkness is 2-4 times than the beginning process. For materials that temperature can not more than 60 ,you can use may be about 80 to dry it. Use of multi-units combinations can dry better and dry more uniformity.

The series dryer has high efficient and energy saving features. It has a leading level in domestical market in flow through heating, inlet air by layer and drying by unit with the adjust temperature, recovery the waste heat and so on.

The shape of the Tapioca piece is big, it is east to block the net hole, and the ventilate is poor. So we use three layer dryer, dry in series. When the material drop into the lower layer, the material will turn over, it makes the under surface of the material drying evenly. At the same time, there is independent drive motor can adjust the drying speed in each layer.

At the beginning of the Tapioca pieces into the dryer with more moisture, you can increase the dry temperature. At this time, the material is in a pre-heating phase. The temperature of the material is the same as the wet ball. With the drying, the moisture of the material became lower and lower, and the temperature in the dryer is lower too. In order not to affect the character of the material. So, in the whole drying process, it is always in the lower temperature and heavy air volume to dry. Especially at the bottom layer, the final moisture of the material is very lower, and the drying speed is slower too.

After heating the hot air furnace, the hot air was blow into each hot air port by blower, then into the dryer. The hot air keeping cycle by the cycle fan, go through the net belt, the moisture of the material were evaporated when the material adsorb the heat from the hot air. At the same time, the temperature come down, and the temperature of the air increased. The humid air was get out by the discharging fan. And the most hot air were still in the drying chamber, and cycle used.
